Fees & Deposits

A $100 application fee is required to reserve your date and 50% of the estimated event total is due when the contract is issued. The balance is due 30 days prior to the event. Reception rental fees average $3,000–4,000 depending on guest count, activities, site reserved, equipment & services ordered, and hours of use.

Caterer must serve all alcohol.
